About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support administrative routines related to freight, detention charges, and other transportation expenses
  • Review and adjust documents, data, and amounts for payment
  • Enter, update, and query information in the systems used by the department
  • Monitor outstanding items and support the resolution of discrepancies with internal departments and carriers
  • Update spreadsheets, operational controls, and department KPIs
  • Organize documents and supporting evidence for internal controls and audits

  • Respond to requests from partner departments and suppliers, ensuring proper routing of inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to organize and control information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability to work with operational routines, deadlines, and high volumes of requests
  • Previous experience in administrative, financial, logistics, transportation, or related activities
  • Knowledge of freight, detention charges, transportation documentation, or expense reporting processes
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Familiarity with integrated management systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage controls and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with internal departments and suppliers
