Key responsibilities & impact

Consult with clients on how technology can solve their business challenges
Scope, build and deliver solutions that meet identified business needs
Work with the team to define technology solutions based on client business requirements
Support delivery of solutions into production in the client’s business environment
Work across the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery and beyond
Work as part of an Agile team to deliver high-quality business analysis for stakeholders
Be proactively client-facing and participate in pre-sales and other business development activities as required
Analyze client requirements to ensure comprehensive understanding and agreement of engagements
Work on client engagements to achieve desired business outcomes using Agile principles
Manage client stakeholders to maximize client satisfaction
Identify challenges to achieving client outcomes and work with the client and team to remedy them
Participate in the community through meetups and conferences and encourage others to do the same

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualifications in an aligned discipline and extensive relevant experience
Ability to undertake business analysis within an Agile environment, with experience in requirements elicitation, gathering, documentation and management
Ability to facilitate groups across multiple disciplines
Capability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Ability to take initiative, provide regular updates, and seek and provide support as required
Functional and conceptual understanding of technical matters
Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications
Technical proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and system integration
Testing and quality assurance knowledge
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver technical and business reports
