About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and deploy global and regional procurement strategies for creative, advertising, and digital agency services
  • Manage the Creative & Advertising category end to end, including strategy, sourcing, supplier performance, governance, and value delivery
  • Determine global versus regional strategy based on brand ambition, agency models, and market needs
  • Align category strategies with brand lifecycle stages and therapeutic priorities, including Neurosciences
  • Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations for major engagements over €300k
  • Design and improve agency ecosystems, rosters, hubs, modular models, scopes of work, and commercial frameworks
  • Deploy and drive adoption of global and regional frameworks across affiliates
  • Monitor value realization and performance across North America, EMEA, JAPAC, and LATAM
  • Partner with Global Marketing stakeholders, Global Brands Leaders, regional procurement, and affiliate networks
  • Build and lead a global Creative & Advertising Procurement Affiliate Network
  • Define supplier relationship management and ecosystem strategies
  • Establish supplier partnerships with performance management, innovation roadmaps, and continuous improvement
  • Align category strategies with Shared Service Center execution models
  • Deploy playbooks, RFP templates, and sourcing frameworks
  • Ensure procurement governance, compliance, contract adherence, and ESG commitments
  • Monitor savings realization, SLA compliance, stakeholder satisfaction, and service delivery risks
  • Act as escalation point for supplier issues, adoption challenges, and service delivery risks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in end-to-end category management for Creative & Advertising services
  • Experience defining and leading global and regional sourcing strategies
  • Experience with strategic sourcing and negotiations for major engagements over €300k
  • Strong understanding of external market landscapes, trends, and emerging innovations
  • Experience with spend analytics, supplier benchmarking, and market intelligence
  • Experience building and leading global supplier relationship management and affiliate networks
  • Experience designing supplier models, service packages, rate cards, benchmarking tools, and volume-based commercial frameworks
  • Knowledge of Shared Service Center execution models
  • Knowledge of procurement policies, sourcing thresholds, governance frameworks, ESG commitments, and responsible sourcing
  • Experience negotiating global framework agreements, rate cards, and performance-based contracts
  • Ability to monitor savings realization, SLA compliance, stakeholder satisfaction, and supplier performance
