About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own technology partnership deal execution end-to-end from integration and launch through ongoing management

  • Coordinate partner launch moments and joint go-to-market activations
  • Align messaging, product readiness, co-marketing plans, and enablement
  • Maintain a single source of truth for partnership phase, status, owners, next steps, and risks
  • Produce executive-ready progress updates
  • Surface risks, drive accountability, chase dependencies, and remove blockers
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with partner counterparts
  • Develop scalable partnership playbooks, tiered program structures, templates, intake processes, launch processes, and cross-functional engagement models

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–9 years of experience in technology/ISV partnerships, partner/alliance management, strategic programs, or cross-functional program management
  • Experience ideally at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
  • Demonstrated track record of owning complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and delivering them on time across Product, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Ability to build structure quickly, sequence dependencies, and coordinate multiple moving parts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and align internal teams and external partners
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
  • Proactive ownership, risk anticipation, and accountability
  • Familiarity with technology integrations and go-to-market motions, including co-marketing, co-selling, and enablement
  • Exposure to AI, legal tech, procurement, or the broader enterprise software ecosystem is a plus
