About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Legal persona end to end with a general manager mindset
  • Understand legal team needs and serve as the internal voice of the legal buyer
  • Shape how Ironclad builds products for legal teams
  • Drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue for the Legal segment
  • Track competitive landscape and translate findings into positioning
  • Gather insights from customers, prospects, analysts, and the market to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Define and maintain Ironclad's narrative for the Legal persona, from GC to Legal ops
  • Build differentiated, evidence-backed messaging for board rooms, sales calls, and campaigns
  • Partner with EPD to align product development and messaging
  • Lead Legal-persona product launches, including strategy, messaging, assets, and field readiness
  • Own launch narratives and stakeholder storytelling
  • Partner with Revenue Marketing on campaigns targeting legal buyers across the funnel
  • Develop campaign themes, content strategy, and proof points to convert awareness into pipeline
  • Own priority sales plays for the Legal segment
  • Equip sellers with talk tracks, battlecards, objection handlers, and discovery guides
  • Measure field readiness
  • Partner with CS and Product to drive post-sale adoption of Legal-focused AI capabilities
  • Identify expansion signals and develop plays to expand accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience
  • Experience ideally at an AI or SaaS company serving legal buyers
  • Proven ability to own a persona or segment end to end, including launches, pipeline, adoption, and business outcomes
  • Fluency in the legal buyer's world, including GC priorities, legal operations ROI, and deal-stall factors
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across EPD, Sales, CS, and Marketing
  • Ability to work with data from Gong, Salesforce, or win/loss interviews and turn insights into recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without perfect information
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
  • Must be based within a commutable distance of the listed office(s) and willing to commute into the office two days a week
