About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent Ironclad as the first point of interaction for prospective customers
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
  • Drive qualification calls using a consultative approach
  • Develop deep knowledge of Ironclad products and services and explain their business value
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of warm prospects
  • Identify opportunities for sales executives to engage in next steps
  • Identify best practices for refining the lead-generation playbook
  • Collaborate with internal teams to surface feedback from customer interactions
  • Manage inbound leads through the funnel to improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates
  • Use Salesforce CRM and Outreach to execute daily inbound tasks
  • Identify prospect needs and position Ironclad’s value to generate sales opportunities
  • Build trusting relationships and nurture warm leads into opportunities
  • Identify improvements and help develop scalable inbound best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills via email, phone, and video
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset, curiosity, and passion for learning
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Must be based within a commutable distance of the listed office and willing to commute three days per week
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
  • Preferred but not required: experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Preferred but not required: proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Preferred but not required: understanding of sales process and applicable tools
