About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and evolve scalable global enablement programs that improve productivity, field readiness, and front line manager effectiveness
  • Build practical AI-forward enablement to help the Revenue organization understand and adopt emerging AI capabilities
  • Translate Ironclad’s AI and product strategy into field sales plays, messaging, and reinforcement
  • Partner with Revenue leaders to identify business priorities, surface field gaps, and focus enablement on high-value opportunities
  • Reinforce discovery, value-based selling, platform pitch quality, and manager coaching through programs, workshops, and certifications
  • Equip the field with stronger AI-era narratives, competitive differentiation, and business-value storytelling
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal, Customer Outcomes, and Enablement peers
  • Use data, manager feedback, and field signals to identify seller challenges and design targeted performance-improvement programs
  • Define and operationalize success metrics connecting enablement work to meaningful business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Revenue Productivity, Sales leadership, or a closely related GTM role
  • Strong fluency with AI tools, workflows, and prompting
  • Ability to turn AI potential into practical field adoption and seller behavior change
  • Experience building and scaling enablement programs that improve execution
  • Strong understanding of revenue effectiveness, deal progression, pipeline quality, and manager-led coaching
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders in highly cross-functional environments
  • Strong facilitation and program design skills across live, virtual, and on-demand formats
  • Point of view on equipping sellers for an AI-shaped market, including messaging, differentiation, workflow adoption, and customer conversations
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • High ownership, strong judgment, and a bias for action
  • Experience supporting enterprise Sales teams in B2B SaaS or legal tech preferred
  • Experience with manager enablement, certification programs, and reinforcement-based learning models preferred
  • Experience enabling teams on AI, automation, or workflow transformation initiatives preferred
  • Experience using analytics and field feedback to refine programs over time preferred
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
  • Must be based within a commutable distance of the listed office and willing to commute into the office two days a week
