About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategy, build, and day-to-day administration of the lead lifecycle framework in Marketo
  • Manage lifecycle stages, lead status transitions, database hygiene, and campaign execution standards across the buyer journey
  • Own, configure, and optimize Bizible alongside supporting attribution models
  • Measure and report on pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, velocity, and conversion rates from first touch to closed-won
  • Architect, test, and continuously optimize lead and account scoring models
  • Oversee real-time enrichment pipelines and automated routing systems to ensure instant SLA sales handoffs
  • Define and govern operational boundaries between Marketing and Sales teams
  • Standardize lead status workflows, SLA tracking, rejection reason logging, and MQL/MQA notification protocols in Salesforce
  • Build automated account-based engagement tracks powered by intent signals and product-assisted growth metrics
  • Deliver executive dashboards and actionable pipeline reporting using SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau/Looker
  • Guide growth strategy and budget allocation through cross-functional analytics enablement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
  • Explicit focus on full-funnel lead lifecycle design and attribution
  • Advanced, hands-on experience with both Marketo and Bizible; candidates lacking direct experience in either platform will not be considered
  • Proven track record of scaling enterprise Marketo lifecycle models
  • Experience with Bizible touchpoint mapping
  • Experience with Marketo-Salesforce CRM sync architectures
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing lead routing engines such as Chili Piper and LeanData
  • Experience with enrichment providers such as Leadspace and 6sense
  • Experience managing lead scoring systems
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM, SQL, BI tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Looker, and data enrichment pipelines
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to partner directly with Sales Development, Sales Operations, and Demand Gen executives
  • Currently based within a commutable distance of the listed office(s) and willing to commute into the office two days a week
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
