Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to specify, design, and build features and systems
Build a platform that enables lawyers to scale themselves and their businesses 100x more effectively
Create polished, accessible, and mobile-friendly user interfaces
Contribute to front-end architecture discussions focused on scalability, maintainability, and performance
Partner with quality engineers to define, build, and maintain testing strategy
Mentor and provide thoughtful feedback to teammates
Interview and recruit talented engineers
Work with TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Docker containers, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4+ years of software experience architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex web applications
A formal degree is not required
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as ReactJS
Passion for creating accessible, intuitive, and mobile-friendly interfaces
Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills
Alignment with Ironclad’s values: drive, intent, integrity, and empathy
Willingness to work hybrid from the San Francisco office and commute at least two days per week
Lawful authorization to work in the United States
