About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver product demonstrations and technical deep-dives to prospects, customers, and partners
- Showcase how Iru addresses complex device management challenges
- Partner with Sales and Success teams during sales cycles and customer onboarding
- Develop and refine scripts, API examples, documentation, and training materials
- Serve as a second- and third-level escalation point for technical issues
- Work with Support to identify, investigate, and resolve complex technical cases
- Relay customer feedback, feature requests, and improvement ideas to Product and Engineering
- Help shape the product roadmap using customer trends and insights
- Refine internal processes and onboarding experiences
- Provide guidance on best practices and enhance technical resources
- Stay current on platform developments, MDM standards, and ecosystem integrations
- Handle inquiries involving networking, directory services, security, and SSO integrations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years managing Apple devices in a technical capacity (e.g., engineering, consulting, pre-sales, or professional services)
- Extensive knowledge of Apple Business Manager/School Manager, MDM protocols, Automated Device Enrollment, APNS, and Apps & Books
- Comfortable navigating macOS Terminal
- Experience leveraging shell scripts or Python to automate and troubleshoot workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly, relationally, and concisely
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to tailor communication styles
- Ability to understand customer challenges and frame Iru's value accordingly
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams
- Ability to switch contexts efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to stay current on platform developments, MDM standards, and ecosystem integrations
