About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects and assigned workstreams
Oversee project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and deliverables
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, deadlines, milestones, priorities, and task assignments
Assign responsibilities, coordinate cross-functional resources, and lead project team members
Monitor project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, briefings, and executive-level updates
Facilitate project meetings and Agile/SAFe ceremonies; track action items and decisions
Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed
Coordinate with ServiceNow architects, developers, administrators, business analysts, testers, and Government stakeholders
Support requirements, release, deployment, and change-management activities across the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle
Ensure activities and deliverables align with contractual requirements, federal standards, security requirements, and organizational processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive project management experience supporting complex IT programs or projects
Demonstrated experience coordinating and completing projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and leading cross-functional teams
Strong experience with project planning and scheduling, risk and issue management, status reporting, resource coordination, and stakeholder management
Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe delivery environments
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – Required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
US Citizenship is required
Federal IT or ServiceNow implementation experience strongly preferred
Scrum Master, SAFe, or ServiceNow certifications are a plus
