About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise clients on transforming and modernizing the full software development lifecycle using artificial intelligence
- Design AI-augmented Business Analysis, Software Engineering, and Quality Engineering strategies
- Accelerate delivery from ideation through production while ensuring quality and resilience
- Assess clients’ SDLC maturity and identify AI automation opportunities
- Define strategic roadmaps, lead scoping workshops, and support change management
- Design AI agents and workflows for requirements specification, complex User Stories, contradiction detection, and business process modeling
- Design AI-powered software and test architectures analyzing requirements, source code, APIs, and documentation
- Automate code generation and functional, integration, regression, accessibility, and performance testing
- Develop and orchestrate autonomous agents for backlog triage, defect categorization, and test development and maintenance
- Integrate agents into Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Connect SDLC knowledge bases including Jira, Confluence, Git, APM tools, and Business Analysis tools to support LLMs and reduce hallucinations
- Define operating models and Human-in-the-Loop validation
- Establish quality, DevSecOps code security, traceability, and maintainability standards
- Lead productivity and reliability indicators across the value chain
- Continuously improve agents, monitor technology developments, and act as a trusted advisor to client teams and technical leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience combining consulting, technical Business Analysis, Software Engineering, and Quality Engineering
- Global and cross-functional mastery of all SDLC phases
- Excellent knowledge of product and engineering methodologies, including requirements engineering, Agile/Scrum, software architecture, software testing strategies, and DevOps/CI-CD
- Strong technical proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience designing and consuming APIs
- Proficiency with Git
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest, or equivalents
- Practical experience applying AI to delivery, including code assistants or autonomous agents for specification, development, or QA
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalents
- Highly analytical mindset
- Excellent multidisciplinary communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to business teams and challenge technical leadership
