About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own strategic partner relationships, including joint business plans, executive-level alignment, and quarterly business reviews
- Develop and manage a broader partner ecosystem across GSIs, FSIs, VARs, and MSPs
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with executive leadership
- Strengthen channel infrastructure, including deal registration, partner onboarding, and enablement
- Deliver enablement programs for partners selling Itential to enterprise buyers
- Partner with marketing on joint go-to-market campaigns and demand generation
- Align sales, sales engineering, and product resources for partner-driven opportunities
- Represent Itential at industry and partner events
- Report on partner performance and provide strategic input to the VP of Business Development & Channel
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of channel or partner management experience
- Direct ownership of enterprise-caliber partner relationships
- Experience in the network, infrastructure, or IT software market
- Experience building channel programs and processes
- Experience working with GSIs, FSIs, VARs, and MSPs
- Executive presence and credibility engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and ability to build and defend a business case
- Self-directed and resourceful approach
- Ability to work standard business hours with flexibility across time zones
- Ability to travel 25% across North America
- Experience with Salesforce, partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
