About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver timely, accurate, relevant management information to support leadership decision-making
Support financial planning cycles with FP&A Business Leads
Prepare actuals, budgets, and forecast data for Divisional FP&A and Business Review submissions
Partner with Global Finance Operations at month-end close to create overhead journals
Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation and organised records
Collate and report staff costs with HR and Finance teams
Use Oracle HCM to produce insightful reporting
Prepare and load allocations and recharges
Reconcile calculations against Oracle EPBCS planning system entries
Prepare recoveries reporting with the Senior Finance Analyst, Label FP&A Business Leads, and production teams
Maintain transparent, auditable financial models
Drive continuous improvement and resolve data issues within controlled change management processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified, Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
Previous experience in a Finance Analyst or equivalent role
Proven ability to analyse, compile, and evaluate large volumes of financial data from multiple sources
Solid practical understanding of accounting fundamentals, including accruals, prepayments, budget preparation, rolling forecasts, variance bridging, and driver analysis
High standard of computer literacy
Strong Excel and Google Suite skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Critical thinking and ability to interrogate data
Working knowledge of the Oracle Fusion suite, including Oracle EPBCS and Oracle HCM
Prior experience within the television production or media entertainment industry
Travel between ITV office locations and business/label locations may be required on an ad-hoc basis
