About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Track all after-sales assets and ensure internal and external Production teams comply with contractual delivery requirements
- Accurately update ITV internal tracking tools
- Become the trained super user for the ITV After Sales Asset Management System
- Work with Marketing to ensure required assets are available on the ITV Studios website
- Assist Marketing with sourcing and delivering assets for festivals and key events
- Coordinate confidential pre-transmission content, including watermarking restricted assets, scripts, and video
- Source programme images and collate editorial asset metadata for content packages delivered to major VOD platforms
- Research and locate archive after-sales assets for Content Fulfilment
- Commission scripts, synopses, metadata, and images when archive assets are unavailable
- Assist with setting up new suppliers in the ITV procurement system
- Learn and use the ITV work order management tool to support the Content Fulfilment Team
- Support the Content In Team by raising Production Numbers and occasionally overseeing video file delivery
- Support the Localisation Team with commissions, inventory research, and dubbing studio quote requests
- Support reporting tasks and administrative duties, including meeting room booking and agenda creation and circulation
- Explore small AI initiatives to support the Assistant role and wider team tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent I.T. skills and confidence interacting across multiple new systems simultaneously
- Experience with Google Suite, including Gemini or other AI tools, would be helpful
- Experience with reporting tools would be helpful
- Awareness of asset management and media file formats for distribution would be immediately beneficial
- Some administration experience in a media environment is preferable
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Methodical approach with accurate attention to detail
- Ability to quickly make logical decisions, work without supervision, and assess and act on changing priorities across a large workload
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, highly organised, and reliable
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Patient approach to working through problems and finding solutions
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to escalate when necessary
