Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Office-based work experience is essential
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload while remaining calm and approachable
  • Computer literate, with experience using email, Excel, and Word as a minimum
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills at all levels
  • Demonstrable experience working to tight deadlines
  • Experience in a post-production or broadcast environment is advantageous
  • Genuine interest in content and broadcasting is advantageous
  • Ability to pre-empt and proactively resolve problems
  • Resilience and ability to adapt to changeable situations while remaining positive
  • Motivated, proactive team player
  • Minimum grade 4/5 in GCSE English and Maths
  • Additional qualifications in a broadcast-related discipline are preferred
