About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Travel mostly within the designated area to maintain, regain, and seek new sales opportunities, programs, and project-related sales
  • Promote ITW GSE product lines
  • Build a network of contacts to increase market share
  • Use the CRM system to oversee and track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development across assigned territories
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM data entry and maintain data integrity for reporting and forecasting
  • Support development and implementation of strategic sales plans to meet established goals
  • Work with the supervisor to review market analyses and determine customer needs and new product and market opportunities
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings and professional conferences
  • Deliver sales presentations to key and potential clients
  • Prepare periodic sales reports covering sales volume, potential sales, and proposed client-base expansion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in aviation sales or sales of Ground Support Equipment (GSE), including consumables, mobile, fixed and/or systems associated with airport sales, engineering, and/or industrial capital equipment is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM systems, such as Power BI or Salesforce, to monitor and manage sales pipelines, customer interactions, and performance metrics across multiple territories
  • Ability to build, manage, and present a robust sales pipeline, including identifying new leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Must possess a valid U.S. passport or have the ability to obtain one legally
