About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead projects related to business tools and applications used within the clinics
  • Define project scope, plan activities, coordinate stakeholders, and provide operational oversight
  • Coordinate business teams, technical teams, software vendors, and partners
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, decisions, and action plans
  • Contribute to bringing PMS environments under control, harmonizing them, and driving their evolution
  • Lead projects related to PACS, imaging acquisition solutions, and connected equipment
  • Rationalize and improve the reliability of clinical technical environments
  • Support projects involving coin-operated payment systems, cash management systems, and other peripheral tools
  • Monitor deployments and enhancements with IT teams, business teams, and service providers
  • Define and distribute target application masters and baseline platforms adapted to different clinic profiles
  • Identify gaps between existing environments and target standards
  • Ensure the right balance between IS standardization and operational realities in the field
  • Contribute to aligning clinic needs with Group IS strategy and priorities
  • Reporting to the CIO and playing a central role in the transformation of the clinical information system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in computer science, information systems, or project management
  • At least 7 years of experience managing application or information systems transformation projects
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare environment is preferred
  • Strong experience in multi-site and operational environments
  • Good knowledge of business information systems
  • Experience with PMS and/or PACS environments is strongly preferred
  • Ability to coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, software vendors, suppliers, and partners
  • Awareness of information systems standardization, rationalization, and industrialization challenges
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
  • Self-motivated, pragmatic, and results-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Availability for regular travel to clinics
