About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the operational deployment of technical solutions across clinics, from preparation through installation acceptance
  • Translate solutions designed and approved by the Build teams into operational deployment plans
  • Define schedules, resources, prerequisites, and intervention procedures
  • Organize and oversee the deployment of technical solutions across clinics
  • Coordinate Build and IT teams, service providers, integrators, and clinic contacts
  • Organize and monitor on-site interventions and projects
  • Anticipate risks and manage contingencies affecting schedules, costs, or quality
  • Coordinate projects and commissioning of network and Wi-Fi infrastructure, firewalls, telephony, printers, copiers, and video surveillance systems
  • Prepare interventions and verify technical and organizational prerequisites
  • Schedule and coordinate the various project phases and service-provider interventions
  • Organize testing, acceptance, and handover of installations
  • Ensure the transfer of all information required by the Run teams
  • Monitor budgets and supplier and service-provider commitments
  • Establish regular progress reporting
  • Measure deployment quality and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Communicate with clinic managers and prepare local teams
  • Support go-live activities, gather feedback from the field, and ensure clinic satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education degree in IT, information systems, or project management
  • At least 7 years of experience managing IT deployment projects in multi-site environments
  • Significant experience coordinating service providers and projects requiring on-site interventions
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and equipment
  • Strong command of project management fundamentals: costs, schedules, quality, risks, and reporting
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy
  • Pragmatic approach and ability to anticipate and resolve issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a wide range of stakeholders
  • Service-oriented and customer-focused
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-site environment
  • Regular travel to clinics required
