About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the marketing and patient-acquisition strategy for a national multi-clinic fertility practice
- Report directly to the CEO and partner with the Board, clinical leadership, physicians, M&A, People, and Legal/Compliance teams
- Own the patient funnel from local market awareness through lead generation, consult conversion, referring-physician relationships, and regional reputation
- Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar marketing budget across paid media, social media, agencies, MarTech, and events/sponsorships
- Build and execute integrated digital, content, referral, CRM/lifecycle, and local/regional demand-generation strategies
- Lead physician- and clinic-level marketing to support patient-direct and referral growth
- Partner with Operations and Clinic Directors to align demand with clinic capacity and scheduling
- Build and manage marketing analytics, attribution modeling, CRM reporting, and cost-per-acquisition analysis
- Ensure marketing content complies with HIPAA, FTC guidance, ASRM/SART guidelines, and state-specific healthcare advertising regulations
- Hire, develop, and manage the internal sales and marketing team and external agencies/vendors
- Increase patient consult volume, improve funnel conversion, reduce acquisition costs, and grow marketing-sourced revenue
- Present monthly marketing performance dashboards to the CEO/Board
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 15+ years of marketing leadership experience driving enterprise growth at scale
- At least 10+ years in healthcare, fertility, aesthetics, dental, or another high-consideration/emotionally sensitive, consumer-direct medical category
- Executive business acumen, creative vision, and deep technical data skills
- Proven track record owning a patient/consumer acquisition funnel with revenue and volume accountability
- Strong command of digital performance marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid social, marketing automation/CRM, and measurement/attribution
- Experience managing multi-location marketing strategy and budget across geographically distinct markets
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance, including HIPAA, FTC, and state advertising rules
- Ideally ASRM/SART awareness
- Experience with physician referral marketing and/or B2B partnerships with employers or fertility benefit platforms is a strong plus
- Team leadership experience motivating internal staff and managing external agencies
- Bachelor's degree required
