About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead store teams to deliver consistent business results, ensuring accountability for operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate across departments and functions to align district performance with company goals
- Develop talent pipelines through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
- Analyze district performance using data tools like Power BI to identify challenges and execute action plans for underperforming locations

- Travel regularly to stores within the assigned area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be based in Long Island
- Ability to travel regularly to stores within assigned area
- 5+ years of District Management experience, including responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing store managers, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards across multiple locations
- Skilled communicator with the ability to inspire teams and drive collaborations across functions
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; able to manage complexity with confidence
- Proficient in retail technologies, reporting tools, and productivity systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Background in specialty retail or the apparel industry preferred
- Demonstrated success turning around underperforming stores preferred
- Experience with omnichannel retail and digital engagement strategies preferred
- Well-connected in the retail industry with a track record in external recruiting preferred
