About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive outbound pipeline generation for large, complex staffing contracts
  • Build and manage outbound prospecting through calls, email sequences, LinkedIn/social selling, and referrals
  • Identify and qualify opportunities with minimum ACV of $1M+, prioritizing multi-site health systems, IDNs, and enterprise staffing programs
  • Build relationships with Director-level, VP/SVP, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting from first contact through signed contract
  • Achieve new-business revenue targets and outbound activity metrics
  • Apply MSP, VMS, procurement, and RFP/RFI/RFQ expertise throughout the sales cycle
  • Position Jackson Health Collective’s multi-brand portfolio against competing vendors
  • Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes and negotiate contract terms
  • Develop proposals and executive-level presentations
  • Coordinate internal leadership, proposal/bid support, legal, Account Management, and Recruitment teams
  • Ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of signed contracts
  • Support early account ramp-up, renewal, and expansion potential
  • Report pipeline status, deal risk, and market intelligence to leadership weekly
  • Represent JHC at meetings, conferences, events, and seminars

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must be able to fulfill E-verify requirements
  • Knowledge of current issues and climate within the Healthcare and Travel Nurse Staffing industry
  • Minimum 5+ years of business development / sales experience in the staffing industry, with a track record of closing large, complex contracts
  • Demonstrated experience selling and/or supporting MSP programs; familiarity with VMS platforms, MSP procurement cycles, and program structures required
  • Proven history of closing deals with a minimum annual contract value (ACV) of $1M+
  • Experience selling to and building relationships with Director-level and above stakeholders
  • Proven ability to self-generate pipeline through outbound sales
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client visits, conferences, and industry events
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Full adoption of CRM entry; Bullhorn experience a plus
  • Competent in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn financial and company applications and systems
  • Able and willing to travel nationwide up to 40% of the time
