About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the development, execution and ongoing optimization of Channel Marketing programs and strategic initiatives across Jacuzzi Group brands
  • Lead projects from planning through execution, establishing scope, timelines, ownership, deliverables and resources
  • Coordinate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital, Finance, IT, vendors and other stakeholders
  • Manage multiple programs and projects while addressing dependencies, risks and opportunities
  • Use program data and analytics to evaluate initiatives and identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain program KPIs, dashboards and trackers
  • Translate program insights into actionable recommendations
  • Support business reviews and planning with program analysis and performance insights
  • Serve as a Channel Marketing liaison to field sales
  • Partner with Sales to understand dealer and market needs
  • Develop program communications, presentations, training materials and sales enablement resources
  • Gather field and dealer feedback and coordinate responses with internal teams
  • Manage and administer the Retail Advantage Marketplace and dealer marketing programs
  • Coordinate Marketplace initiatives, vendor relationships, program updates and supporting resources
  • Manage invoice tracking and reconciliation
  • Maintain budget and invoice trackers and support accruals, forecasting and invoice processing
  • Support customer and dealer loyalty initiatives
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for program implementation, communications, engagement and field adoption
  • Support additional Channel Marketing initiatives, dealer communications, sales enablement tools and special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, marketing, program management or a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to use program data and KPIs to develop insights and support business decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent applicable experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and managing marketing programs from planning and development through launch and ongoing optimization
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, timelines and deliverables
  • Business and financial acumen, including comfort managing budgets, invoices, program costs and performance metrics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or global manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting a dealer, distributor, franchise or other indirect sales channel
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, business intelligence/reporting tools or marketing platforms
  • Experience managing dealer or loyalty programs
  • Experience using AI and emerging technology to enhance analysis, content development and process efficiency
