About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with company objectives
Build a shared-services IT model supporting multiple business units
Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Customer Service
Translate business needs into technology solutions and communicate technical concepts in clear business terms
Provide executive leadership updates on IT performance, projects, risks, and strategic initiatives
Design the IT organization for Jacuzzi Bath, including roles, structure, and reporting lines
Create a phased hiring plan aligned with business growth
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team
Establish IT key performance indicators
Determine the balance between internal resources and outsourced services
Promote a customer-focused IT approach
Oversee IT service management processes, including incident, change, and problem management
Standardize systems and processes while reducing manual work and inefficiencies
Improve and automate key operational workflows
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Manage enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, financial, HRIS, manufacturing, and project management systems
Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Establish data governance, reporting, and analytics capabilities
Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs
Develop and manage the IT budget and long-term technology investment plans
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and strategic partnerships
Monitor IT spending and identify cost savings and operational efficiency opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive position
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma
Experience supporting manufacturing, construction, building products, home services, distribution, or related industries preferred
Experience in private-equity-backed organizations preferred
Strong experience leading ERP and CRM implementations and optimization efforts
Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery
Proven success delivering process improvements and measurable business results
Experience managing vendors, contracts, and technology budgets
Must be willing to travel as needed
