About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies and business development plans to drive growth
  • Lead joint business development initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and co-selling motions
  • Identify and track procurement-aligned success metrics, including pipeline influence, attach rates, partner certifications, and joint ACV growth
  • Manage North America-based partners and activate key stakeholders across complex organizational structures
  • Build and deliver joint go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Product, and Finance
  • Track partner enablement on core platforms, products, and solutions
  • Develop and maintain joint business plans, revenue commitments, QBRs, performance measurements, and partnership scorecards
  • Lead partner sales enablement, including training, competitive guidance, and sales support
  • Evangelize partnerships internally and externally and communicate joint value propositions
  • Manage and strengthen cross-border alliances and execute regional and international partner strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in partner, alliance, channel management, or business development roles
  • 5+ years of direct experience managing alliances and channels in the technology/SaaS industry
  • Proven track record driving revenue through alliances with global and regional SIs, Tier 1 consultancies, procurement/BPO service providers, and technology integration partners
  • Deep understanding of SaaS partner ecosystems
  • Experience designing and executing complex partner solutions
  • Experience in procurement and/or supply chain technology is strongly preferred
  • Experience influencing and navigating Tier 1 consulting firms, sourcing advisory groups, and procurement transformation practices
  • Collaborative, agile team player with strong integrity and a hands-on approach to driving outcomes
  • Proven ability to own partner relationships end-to-end—from identification and onboarding through enablement, growth, and renewal
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM/analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness and ability to work remotely across North America
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required, approximately 30–40%
