About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and provide visibility into key customer-facing and internal projects
Coordinate people, processes, tasks, dependencies, and roadblocks across the Jamf portfolio
Align, coordinate, and communicate projects including releases, integrations, migrations, tooling rollouts, and other portfolio projects
Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
Conduct project intake and requirements sessions to define scope and objectives with stakeholders
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs with stakeholder communication plans
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, status meetings, and portfolio communication
Escalate issues, risks, and decisions to management
Gather and communicate dependencies and impacts
Facilitate trade-off conversations with stakeholders and project teams
Coordinate change control for tooling changes across the Jamf portfolio
Create weekly centralized dashboards communicating issues, risks, and statistics
Ensure resource availability and assist with resource coordination
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Participate in PMO trainings and team meetings and support other team members
Mentor other Project Managers
Support an organizational culture fostering quality, collaboration, morale, and productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years of project management experience (Required)
Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (Preferred)
Scrum and/or agile training (Preferred)
Working knowledge of Aha!, Domo, Salesforce, and Monday.com (PD&D Preferred)
Working knowledge of ServiceNow SPM and/or other Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tools (ETO Preferred)
Experience managing external vendor relationships (Preferred)
Self-starter with excellent business/financial acumen
High School Diploma / GED equivalent (Required)
4 year / bachelor's degree (Preferred)
PMP, PRINCE II PMP, CAPM or equivalent certification (Preferred)
A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
