About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be currently living in the UK
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship
  • Jane cannot support relocation, visa sponsorship, or employment through a third party or employer of record
  • Ability to provide live support and troubleshooting via phone, chat, and video
  • Ability to lead demos and onboarding calls
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, front-facing environment
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and real-time channel assignments
  • Comfort learning and using multiple complex tools simultaneously
  • Curiosity about how software works and ability to tailor communication to different learners
  • Openness to coaching and regular feedback
  • Experience with or interest in attending conferences and trade shows is a plus
