About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee daily operations and team performance across both hotel properties
- Ensure consistent service standards and operational excellence
- Support the General Manager through leadership presence and varied schedule coverage
- Administer HR functions, including enforcing company policies, managing payroll, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
- Analyze operational and financial performance
- Manage budgets, control expenses, process invoices, and oversee cash-handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, HAZCOM, and brand-specific safety protocols
- Report suspicious behavior, handle guest incidents, and oversee lost-and-found procedures
- Use office technology, property management systems, and communication tools to support daily operations
- Divide time and attention between both properties to provide balanced leadership and optimize performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- College degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience with multi-unit or dual-property oversight
- Experience with established hospitality brands strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in team development, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Availability for 24/7 on-call support as needed
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout shifts
