About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inform orchestration decisions using customer needs, behaviors, care pathways, sites of care, and market dynamics
  • Shape cross-functional engagement strategies and resolve orchestration tradeoffs
  • Orchestrate coordinated omnichannel campaigns aligned with customer journeys
  • Apply next-best-action frameworks and orchestration logic to sequence and prioritize customer touchpoints
  • Own audience orchestration delivery and translate strategy into sequenced cross-channel engagement
  • Define and oversee branded, non-branded, and unbranded media strategies
  • Drive media activation and performance measurement
  • Partner with Customer Analytics & Insights and Customer Orchestration teams to improve performance
  • Leverage global capabilities, standards, and tools for scalable campaign execution
  • Refine sequencing and effectiveness using performance, engagement, and audience experience insights
  • Track KPIs and escalate risks and issues
  • Provide feedback to strengthen enterprise CX and customer orchestration standards
  • Collaborate with brand, medical, analytics, field engagement, enterprise CX, franchise, and functional teams
  • Share insights, risks, and learnings with CX peers and leadership
  • Partner with US campaign teams to adapt capabilities for EU and international regulatory landscapes
  • Report to the Sr. Director of Campaign Orchestration Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in omnichannel campaign orchestration, campaign planning, or related CX capabilities within a pharmaceutical organization outside of the US market
  • Expert knowledge of global omnichannel campaign orchestration
  • Ability to design and execute coordinated engagement plans
  • Ability to translate brand and audience strategy into orchestration requirements, workstreams, and execution plans within a matrixed enterprise environment
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel data, media and campaign analytics
  • Proficiency using audience engagement, performance, and experience data
  • Experience leveraging enterprise CX platforms, data inputs, and global capability products
  • Ability to independently own complex, cross-functional orchestration initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries preferred
  • Experience working in rare disease or specialty brands preferred
  • Willingness to travel 20–30%
