About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop strategies and initiatives supporting JazzCares across Sleep, EMD, and Oncology franchises
- Evolve, enhance, and execute hub and patient support services strategies
- Collaborate on market trends and lead projects to refine strategies and optimize programs
- Plan and implement access strategies, programs, tactics, and messaging aligned with market access strategies
- Deliver seamless, high-touch customer experiences with cross-functional teams
- Develop hub priorities, content, navigation tools, and training for commercial meetings and customer-facing teams
- Serve as an internal access services subject matter expert
- Oversee access tools, content, and programs including copay assistance, patient assistance, bridge programs, and AFP mitigation
- Develop, track, and report KPIs and operational performance metrics
- Attend professional, provider, and patient advocacy conferences
- Direct vendor and agency partners, including SLA and budget oversight
- Collaborate with Field Access and Field Reimbursement teams on workflows, processes, and training
- Prepare executive-level presentations for QBRs and senior leadership updates
- Partner with Access & Reimbursement, Specialty Trade & Distribution, Brand Marketing, Sales, Field Access, Regulatory, and Patient Advocacy teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or an equivalent of directly relevant industry experience may be considered)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in patient support services, hub operations, access marketing, or healthcare operations within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Direct experience supporting specialty and/or rare disease products strongly preferred
- Experience in Sleep medicine, Neuroscience/EMD, or Oncology strongly preferred
- Medicare Part D/commercial reimbursement acumen strongly preferred
- Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects and strategic initiatives from concept to execution
- Experience managing third-party hub vendors, specialty pharmacies, and creative agencies, including scoping, SLA monitoring, and budget reconciliation
- Ability to influence without authority, build consensus, and collaborate across matrixed organizational teams
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience presenting to diverse audiences and senior leaders
- Deep commitment to improving patient access, affordability, and adherence
- Results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and adaptability
- Ability to travel up to 30% for corporate meetings, vendor visits, and professional/patient conferences
