About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for an assigned portfolio of automotive dealers and dealer groups
  • Build customer relationships and act as a strategic advisor
  • Develop retention strategies and prevent churn
  • Create customer success plans and measurable outcomes
  • Represent the Voice of Customer and partner on product enhancements
  • Conduct QBRs/EBRs with highest-tier customers
  • Monitor product usage to identify risks and account-growth opportunities
  • Develop renewal and growth plans with Sales to drive Net Revenue Retention
  • Identify and communicate ROI stories and value outcomes
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing Darwin customers
  • Resolve customer issues cross-functionally with Customer Solutions, Product, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Support
  • Improve internal processes, customer experience, and product playbooks
  • Support smooth transitions from Implementation to business-as-usual
  • Maintain accurate customer records, success plans, and risk indicators in CRM systems
  • Provide feedback on success playbooks and health scoring
  • Contribute insights, case studies, and process improvements to team enablement
  • Collaborate globally on multi-region customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum three years of F&I or Sales Management dealership experience
  • Alternative: five years of related automotive vendor experience in automotive finance
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence partnering with senior decision-makers
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret usage, adoption, NPS, and health-score data
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of subscription-based data products and services is desirable
  • Strong customer focus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered
