About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the global procurement and sourcing strategy aligned with corporate objectives
Lead sourcing for technology, software, and professional services, including enterprise systems, SaaS, and infrastructure contracts
Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, performance, and compliance
Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Business Operations to optimize supplier lifecycle management and risk mitigation
Establish category management frameworks and performance KPIs for cost, quality, and delivery
Drive adoption of procurement best practices across regions, ensuring consistency while allowing local flexibility
Oversee global RFP processes, contract negotiations, and renewal strategies
Support procurement governance, supplier diversity initiatives, and ESG sourcing goals
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of sourcing professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
At least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing global or multi-region procurement, ideally with exposure to European markets
Strong background in IT/software procurement, including SaaS, enterprise systems, licensing, and managed services
Demonstrated success in contract negotiation, cost optimization, and supplier performance management
Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven or global enterprise environment preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered
