About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and deployment
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow functional solutions
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform best practices and organizational objectives
- Track project milestones, KPIs, and delivery metrics while providing regular status reporting
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management activities
- Drive continuous process improvement and optimization of ServiceNow workflows
- Support deployment of ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- 3+ years managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Must currently reside in Mexico City, Mexico or California, USA
- ServiceNow ITSM Certification preferred
- Scrum Master Certification preferred (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) preferred
- SAFe Certification preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations and upgrades
- Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid project environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams
- Consulting or client-facing experience preferred
