About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate, implement, and continuously improve designated specialty clinical programs within an assigned region
  • Align regional programs with system-level standards and strategic priorities across the care continuum
  • Promote high-quality, evidence-based patient care through program development and performance improvement
  • Support regulatory and accreditation readiness, including internal and external audits, site visits, and accreditation reviews
  • Coordinate performance improvement activities and implement evidence-based practices
  • Monitor program performance indicators and develop action plans with leadership
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain clinical program data
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and interdisciplinary stakeholders
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary program meetings, case reviews, and quality committees
  • Coordinate education and training on program standards, clinical guidelines, and best practices
  • Participate in developing, reviewing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
  • Promote evidence-based practice and disseminate clinical guidelines and program standards
  • Serve as a resource to staff and leadership regarding program requirements and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, operational leaders, interdisciplinary teams, regional leadership, and system leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a specialty area relevant to the coordinated program
  • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs
  • Ability to use partnership-oriented language with patients and families
  • Knowledge of conveying respect and collaborating with patients, families, and designated care partners
  • Ability to connect effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • RN - Licensed Registered Nurse, State of New Jersey
  • Active RN license required in state of practice
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting/standing and keyboard use
  • Patient care providers may need to kneel, bend, squat, and perform CPR
