Assist in scheduling and coordinating job site deliveries and production order flow
Ensure safe and on-time pickup and delivery
Distribute and slot tickets as required
Provide customer service and support via phone, email, and will-call
Communicate customer service needs with drivers, sales, and operations
Update the scheduling database with ticket details

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid customer service background
Experience answering a high volume of calls from Drivers, Customers, and Sales Team
Logistics or transportation experience
2+ years of basic computer skills, with ability to be trained on company software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive outgoing attitude
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, excellent work habits
Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required
