About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize the Visual Remote Assistance (VRA) application to communicate and understand product or installation issues
Resolve customer issues or identify necessary parts to resolve issues
Write detailed reports of virtual appointments
Provide virtual support for field technician questions
Report systemic product issues to the respective manufacturing entity
Audit newly created Field Service Tasks
Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures for Site Services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of High School diploma or GED required
Extensive field service experience required
Previous experience with Titan and Salesforce operating platforms preferred
Extensive knowledge of Jeld-Wen products
Ability to capture accurate measurements of products and installation
Ability to audit work orders to ensure correct crew size and job durations
Ability to identify and communicate potential safety concerns
Professional communication skills
Team player
Ability to work remotely without supervision
Ability to understand and apply JELD-WEN Policies and Procedures
Microsoft Office skills
