About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conceptualise and create documents for the Design team and wider business
  • Create visually compelling presentations across product, research and artwork using fresh, exciting, on-brand layouts
  • Shape visual communications for reports, presentations, Town Halls, board meetings and off-site sessions
  • Design team documents that communicate processes clearly and visually
  • Present inspirational mood boards and collections, including selling sheets
  • Transform written documents into polished visual presentations
  • Create flow charts, org charts and gantt charts
  • Assist with design-based administrative responsibilities
  • Simplify drawings and visuals to communicate technical information clearly to factories
  • Analyse raw KPI data by identifying patterns, trends and correlations, and present findings through graphs and charts
  • Support photography and sample amendments using CAD to refine and communicate product updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of core design principles and strong visual communication
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to a deadline
  • Ability to be self-motivated
