About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day support to the Technical Designer with 3D design and animation
Create visually compelling presentations for product, research and artwork across the Design team and wider business
Introduce 3D graphics and animation into on-brand layouts
Transform 2D artwork sketches into 3D rotations to support sampling
Render 3D artwork with colour and fabric choices
Use CAD to support resampling by adjusting factory photographs
Replicate fabric textures and create new designs
Create mesh 3D models for character clothing and pattern making
Support the Senior Technical Design Manager in setting up rotational guides for factories and warehouses
Elevate mood boards and presentations for the Design and Innovation teams
Assist with administration-related responsibilities when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint
Knowledge of 3D software; Blender and Clo3D would be an advantage
Knowledge of fabric and pattern making would be an advantage
Interest in technical progression and innovation
Understanding of core design principles and strong visual communication
Ability to problem solve and communicate clearly
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to a deadline
Self-motivated and keen to learn new systems, processes and skills
Interest in design or creative industries
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
