About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the daily running of ecommerce operations across multiple online stores
  • Assist with order management and internal administrative processes
  • Coordinate operational requests across Customer Service, Product and Marketing
  • Maintain accurate internal records, trackers and reporting documents
  • Support management of the full product catalogue across ecommerce platforms
  • Support product category management
  • Assist with website housekeeping and ongoing content maintenance
  • Ensure site assets and product information remain current
  • Ensure products appearing in Digital Channel activations are pinned accordingly
  • Support setup and launch of new products across ecommerce platforms
  • Assist with product enrichment, including attributes, imagery, sizing information and customer-facing content
  • Assist Customer Service with ecommerce-related queries and stock updates
  • Monitor and moderate customer reviews across multiple regions
  • Maintain internal stock, launch and product information documents
  • Help ensure customers receive accurate and timely product information
  • Add new starters and provide store credit
  • Remove staff allowance and store credit when staff members leave
  • Add staff credit when staff return items ordered on store credit
  • Process affiliate orders
  • Work on personalisation and photography orders
  • Work on warehouse test orders, such as gift box testing
