About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Visit accounts across assigned Dallas, TX markets or citadels
  • Support Nordstrom Jellycat Shop-in-Shops and key wholesale partners with field coverage
  • Uphold visual merchandising, product presentation, and customer experience standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve execution, placement, and store-level storytelling
  • Engage customers, support store associates, and drive product knowledge
  • Help accounts maximize sell-through and optimize assortment
  • Support product launches, seasonal transitions, and key commercial moments
  • Deliver on-site training covering product knowledge, brand storytelling, and best-selling practices
  • Serve as a resource for store associates on product features, hero SKUs, and new products
  • Assist with merchandising, fixture updates, and floor resets
  • Ensure fixtures, signage, and product presentation align with brand guidelines
  • Provide store-level feedback to HOFS and Key Account Managers
  • Serve as the front-line brand representative and in-store point of contact
  • Communicate store feedback, needs, and opportunities to sales and operations teams
  • Collaborate with HOFS and Key Account Managers on priorities, visit cadence, and goals
  • Document store visits, wins, challenges, and follow-ups
  • Support broader field initiatives as the field organization scales

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for brands, retail, and customer experience
  • Confidence representing a premium brand and building trust with store teams
  • Comfortability with hands-on training, merchandising, selling and problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, observe and proactively identify opportunities and issues
  • 3–5 years of experience in field sales or wholesale management
  • Prestige and luxury brand experience
  • Strong understanding of specialty retail and department store environments
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned markets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a broader sales team
  • 80–90% travel throughout the assigned territory, including regional and overnight travel
  • Ability to remain standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and climb stairs
  • Ability to carry, lift, and transport materials weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license if driving is an essential function
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental and weather conditions
