About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full lifecycle development projects
- Support workshops to understand business processes and document business requirements
- Carry out business and systems analysis and produce clear documentation
- Support product design and conduct gap analysis against standard product functionality
- Configure and set up applications to meet business needs
- Deliver system training to internal and external users
- Develop and deliver effective testing strategies
- Work closely with in-house and partner development teams to deliver robust solutions on time
- Manage change control throughout the development lifecycle
- Deliver developments against agreed success criteria and business requirements
- Work within an Agile sprint methodology, with priorities set by the Digital Product Owner
- Identify opportunities to use business systems across other areas of the organisation
- Explore automation opportunities to solve problems and improve ways of working
- Work across ERP, eCommerce, CRM and BI, with particular focus on the D365 F&O environment
- Improve processes and create more seamless connections across systems supporting Jellycat’s global operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Substantial, up-to-date experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional development experience within a production environment
- Experience with .NET or Python, Visual Studio and object-oriented design
- Experience working with Azure Integration Services, including Function Apps and Logic Apps
- Strong functional knowledge across 3–4 Microsoft Dynamics areas: Procurement and Sourcing; Supply Chain Management; Sales and Marketing; Product and BOM Management; Manufacturing; Retail Planning and Forecasting; Warehousing and Transportation
- Ability to analyse and bring together information from a range of different sources
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how technology can support wider business needs
- Proactive, analytical and curious approach to problem-solving
- Hands-on, practical approach with confidence to take ownership and lead when needed
- Collaborative mindset and ability to quickly become part of a small, focused team
- Strong sense of service, accountability and ownership
- Experience working within an IT service environment and managing against SLAs would be desirable
- Microsoft Dynamics accreditation would be desirable
