About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of distributor/retailer accounts as the first point of contact for general queries
  • Determine internal ownership of queries and identify solutions
  • Key orders accurately into the company system
  • Maintain data integrity in company systems
  • Liaise with supply chain to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Own retailer/distributor operational requirements
  • Support Business Development Managers with account growth and annual budgets
  • Manage and consolidate back orders for shipment
  • Check stock and allocation across warehouses
  • Send order confirmations and advise on stock availability
  • Manage customer sample requests and check warehouse availability
  • Maintain communication through weekly internal meetings, virtual customer meetings and range reviews
  • Liaise with internal business functions and credit control
  • Check and maintain customer data and provide regular updates to Account Managers
  • Help train and guide new team members when required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ proven experience in an Account Executive / Customer Service role
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and Microsoft D365
  • Good communication and presenting skills
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining effective professional relationships at all levels internally and externally
  • Personable and positive mindset/approach
  • Ability to maximize sales through professional relationships while understanding and respecting business limitations and brand guidelines
  • Ability to follow the Jellycat tone and communication style
  • Additional languages would be a bonus
