About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and develop a portfolio of key accounts across the Australia and New Zealand market
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships as the primary commercial contact
  • Create and deliver tailored account plans aligned with wider business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue, increase market presence, and strengthen account performance
  • Manage customer enquiries and commercial opportunities proactively and promptly
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Visit stores, conduct range reviews, and support customers in the field
  • Represent Jellycat at trade shows and follow up on event-generated business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to recommend product assortments and commercial actions
  • Maintain accurate account records, track orders, and provide regular performance updates to management
  • Work closely with the Commercial Team and Country Manager to deliver the regional commercial strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous Key Account Management experience managing wholesale accounts for premium consumer brands; luxury sector experience advantageous
  • Proven success managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Track record of driving sustainable sales growth within a territory or account base
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence making informed business decisions
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised approach with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions and priorities
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Appreciation for the Jellycat brand and ability to communicate in a manner aligned with its tone and style
  • Regular travel within Australia and New Zealand required
