About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in creating and refining product specifications, including tech packs and sample approvals
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across all development stages
- Manage receipt, tracking, and inspection of physical samples, including counter samples and buying samples
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate execution of sample requirements
- Communicate with factories and internal teams, including the Korean team, about sample expectations, development progress, and pricing negotiations
- Maintain sample trackers and approval records
- Contribute to the critical path and attend relevant meetings to support timely product development
- Maintain and organise the product archive system and design room
- Support the end-to-end product development process and successful product launches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of fabrics and materials
