About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build solid, positive relationships with customers across the Northern and Eastern Europe region
  • Maximise revenue opportunities
  • Process customer orders accurately and manage back orders through to resolution
  • Monitor stock availability and support stock allocation activities
  • Communicate order confirmations, stock updates and delivery information to customers
  • Provide regular updates on order status and back orders to customers and the Sales team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
  • Support the Sales team with administrative and coordination activities
  • Prepare sales reports, data analysis and commercial insights to support decision-making
  • Coordinate customer events, product launches and regional initiatives
  • Maintain accurate customer records and information across internal systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in an administration or sales support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when processing orders
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with business systems and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of Power BI or D365 beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive, positive and flexible approach to teamwork
  • Genuine appreciation for the Jellycat brand and what it represents
