About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Find bugs, defects, and regressions
Design, implement, execute, and debug test cases and automated test scripts
Validate and document completion of testing and development
Verify fixes and help ensure successful releases through exploratory and regression testing
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
Develop testing plans and scenarios based on functional requirements and technical specifications
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities within a cross-functional development team
Identify, record, document, and track bugs
Perform regression, exploratory, and system testing
Monitor and maintain bug backlogs
Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency
Apply ethical standards and responsible human oversight when using AI
Identify opportunities to improve processes, training, and tools
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years professional experience
Strong diagnostic skills to properly test software and measure product quality
Technical background to create testing scenarios from functional requirements and detailed specifications
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and writing SQL queries
Experience with QA testing on ERP type applications/systems
Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship; Jenzabar does not sponsor applicants for work visas
