About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Troubleshoot and update Jenzabar-developed local customizations under maintenance
Communicate solutions to customer questions or issues
Prepare requirements and solutions for Jenzabar customers
Consult with customers on best practices and optimal solutions
Prepare statements of work
Deliver technical work related to programming, integration, and system updates
Develop integrations and programs using C#, XML, .NET, SQL, and REST API calls
Lead collaborations with other Jenzabar developers on internal projects
Provide customer training and consulting as requested
Implement and configure standard integrations using the Unity (Boomi) platform
Adhere to and deliver on defined scopes of work
Mentor the Application Programming team
Stay current with new technologies and leverage them to provide customer solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
8+ years experience working at an Accredited College/University or in Higher Education Market
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work effectively and independently across multiple projects and products
Excellent team building and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Innovative, creative, strategic, analytical, and outside-the-box problem-solving ability
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical issues and solutions to non-technical users
Experience with Jenzabar software
Experience with C#, XML, .NET, SQL, REST API calls, and Unity (Boomi) platform
