About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain end-user documentation, including online help, user guides, release communications, videos, and other multimedia content
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, UX designers, technical teams, functional teams, and product management
  • Create and refine user-facing interface content, including field labels, hints, and modal text
  • Coordinate and contribute to software release documentation and publication activities
  • Participate in peer reviews and incorporate feedback into deliverables
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve documentation issues
  • Maintain and enhance writing, formatting, and style standards
  • Research technical communication trends, AI technologies, content delivery methods, and emerging technologies
  • Recommend improvements to documentation, processes, tools, and content
  • Develop understanding of Jenzabar products, user resources, documentation tools, and processes
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Meet project milestones, release schedules, and documentation deadlines
  • Use AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Apply ethical standards, accuracy, data privacy, and human-in-the-loop oversight when using AI
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 - 8+ years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa
