Embed within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
Own the analytical function for the business unit end-to-end
Define the business questions and decisions that analyses should address
Push back when business questions are flawed
Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments
Surface data insights that move key team metrics
Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level
Comfortable with SQL or Python
Experience with SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
