Key responsibilities & impact

Join the central Business Operations & Analytics team and embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit end-to-end
Define business problems, clarify the decision each analysis will inform, and challenge flawed questions
Define metrics and build reports
Run analyses and design experiments
Surface data insights that move key business metrics
Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts
Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps
Drive initiatives and decisions through execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
Strong analytical skills
Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
Clear, persuasive communication skills
Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
Comfortable with SQL or Python
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
Tools: SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, JupyterHub, and GitHub
